1.INQUIRY

(1) Receive inquiry from customers.
(2) According to customers’ inquiry, check the price.
(3) Send price list to customers.
(4) Check with customers abt the price feedback.
(5) Confirm the initial price.

2.SAMPLES

(1) Send Sample Invoice to customers, and confirm the sample fee.
(2) Sample fee received.
(3) Fill in the sample sheet in the system and ask lab to make samples.
(4) Check samples and send to customers. (5)Confirm the samples.

3.ORDERS

(1) Price and samples and artwork confirmed.
(2) Send PI to customers, customers confirm the PI.
(3) Customer paid the deposit.
(4) Deposit received and order started.

4. PRODUCTION

(1) Make BOM in the system.
(2) Purchasing Team buy raw materials and packing materials according to the BOM.
(3)QC inspect all the materials in the warehouse.
(4)Production Team take out materials from warehouse and start mass production.

5. INSPECTION

(1) On-line QC check the products’ quality during production.
(2) Production Team ship finished products to warehouse.
(3) Finished Products QC check the products’ quality in the warehouse.

6. SHIPPING

(1) Shipping Dept. Booking the space when products going to finished.
(2) Loading containers.
(3) Loading pictures send to customers.
